FOR THE GROWN-UPS
A few good
things to know.
Little details, before the big adventure.
Can we make it our own?
Yes. Start with a catalog model and explore different lengths, counter heights, sink arrangements, dispensers, hooks, and shelving in the builder. Ryan will review the final design and price with you.
What sizes can we choose?
Our four-foot, five-foot, and six-foot options measure 48, 60, and 70 inches long. Counter heights are 18, 22, 25, 28, 32, and 38 inches. You can compare the proportions in the builder.
When do we pay?
Nothing is due at checkout. Submit your kitchen request first. A 10% deposit on the kitchen price is due only after Ryan reviews and approves your request.
The remaining 90% of the kitchen price, plus any applicable tax and delivery charges, is due on the day you receive your kitchen—at pickup or delivery.
Where do we pick up our kitchen?
Pickup locations are Quincy, Massachusetts, and Newington, Connecticut. Coordinate the location and timing with Ryan. Delivery requests need his confirmation before arrangements are made.
How long should we plan for?
Plan around two weeks, with availability and timing confirmed directly with Ryan. A nearby delivery may create an earlier opportunity, but Ryan confirms your date when reviewing your order.
Does saving a design place an order?
No. The builder saves a design for review. It does not place an order or take payment. Custom pricing and final details need to be confirmed with Ryan.
